To strengthen the "Legal, Compliance & Risk" department, we are looking for you as Specialist Risk Management in Financial Market Law 80 - 100 %.

These tasks await you

• Advising, supporting, and independently managing our customers (especially banks and asset managers) in risk management (function risk control, operational risks, BCM, IKS) and in the area of compliance
• Implementation of regulatory projects for our customers and further development of the existing service offerings in risk management
• Monitoring regulatory developments primarily at the national level, clarifying the need for action, as well as providing stage-appropriate information and implementation for our customers
• Developing model regulations and instructions, analyses, reportings, and other templates
• Assistance with editorial work and writing publications
• Co-designing and conducting subject-specific training and information events

What you bring with you

• Diploma as an auditor or alternatively a degree in law, business administration, or economics (Uni, FH, HF) or a comparable education
• Professional experience in the financial market environment, especially in risk management, risk control and/or IKS is required; practical knowledge in compliance is desirable
• You possess profound knowledge in the topics of risk-bearing capacity, operational risks, and BCM in the financial market environment
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
• Thanks to your flexibility and service orientation, you will also represent our company directly on-site at customer locations if required and act professionally and in a partnership-based manner
• Analytical thinking and recognizing connections are among your strengths
• You are an open and communicative personality, like to show initiative, are sociable, and do not lose sight of practical and customer-oriented solutions
