Energy advisor for retrofitting for 100% heat production (F/M) - CDI

In order to strengthen our external sales team at the Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz branch, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an HVAC advisor for retrofitting heat production installations (F/M)

The following tasks will be assigned to you:

• Plan and carry out incentive consultations with end customers
• Manage the execution of retrofitting requests coming from Lead Management
• Detailed and complete analysis of the current situation on site
• Identification of future needs with customers, development of different concepts and detailed presentation of the most suitable solution
• Market observation and constant reporting of relevant information to your supervisor (customer needs, competitor offers, product innovations, etc.

You will lead us to success if you have:

• A certified training in the field of building technology
• Continuing education in the commercial field
• In-depth knowledge of the Suisse Romande market (building technology)
• Several years of experience in external sales in the HVAC field
• An innate sense for sales as well as natural interpersonal skills
• Great capacity for listening, analysis, advising and being convincing
• Experience in the regular and rigorous maintenance of the CRM
• Proficiency with Office 365 and ERP systems (ideally SAP)
• Knowledge of German or English would be an asset
