In addition to care, you will provide practical daily assistance, accompanying our clients in household tasks and activities of daily living.

You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to maintaining the well-being of our clients.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma corresponding to the function (recognized in Switzerland);
• Flexibility and versatility (travel to our 3 sites);
• Experience in the field of home care and assistance;
• The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously;
• Knowledge of the health, social and associative network of the Canton;
• Reflexivity and adaptability;
• Mastery of common IT tools;
• Language skills: French minimum B2;
• Person with a vehicle (comfortable with mountain driving).
