Following the departure of the position holder, Pro Senectute Arc Jurassien is advertising for its site in La Chaux-de-Fonds a position as:

Social Secretary at 40%

Missions:
You will work in close collaboration with the social consultation team and ensure essential administrative support for its smooth functioning. You are also an important point of contact for elderly people and their loved ones.

Main tasks:

• Ensure, autonomously and as delegated, the administrative tasks of the social field for the entire social team of the site.
• Collaborate closely with social workers in the monitoring of files.
• Welcome, inform, and guide people contacting the service in person and by telephone.
• Ensure routine administrative tasks related to the site's secretariat.
• Ensure the management of our "taxes" volunteer service

Profile sought:

• CFC as a commercial employee with excellent mastery of Office tools.
• Knowledge of social insurance or willingness to follow ad hoc training.
• Communication and listening skills, ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, and great organizational capacity.
• Writing skills, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Sensitivity to the issues of elderly people and ease of contact.
• Knowledge of the medico-social network is an asset.
• Mastery of other languages is a plus.
