We certify all civil status-relevant events and ensure that these special moments are professionally documented. Start date: or by arrangement Civil Registrar In this exciting job * you advise customers at the counter and on the phone. * you conduct marriage preparation procedures and weddings. * you certify personal status and civil status events such as births, recognitions, marriages, and deaths. * you create official extracts and other documents. You are successful here * with a completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ and at least 3 years of experience in a commercial field (preferably in administration) * due to your Eidg. Fachausweis Zivilstandsbeamtin/Zivilstandsbeamter or your willingness to obtain it. * because you value short decision-making paths, independence, and high personal responsibility. * due to your service orientation and strong communication skills. * thanks to your flexibility and mobility to conduct weddings throughout the canton and occasionally also on Saturdays. * since you ideally possess good foreign language skills.
