APPLICATION MANAGER 90% - 100% (M/F)

YOUR MISSION

As an Application Manager, you ensure the technical responsibility of a portfolio of critical applications within the information system of the health institutions of the canton of Neuchâtel.

You guarantee the stability, performance, security, and scalability of the solutions under your responsibility. As a technical referent, you master their architecture, their dependencies, and their integrations, and manage their lifecycle in collaboration with the infrastructure, security, and integration teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a recognized diploma in Information Technologies (University, HES, or ES) or training deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience in the management and operation of critical applications.
• Mastery of application architectures, integration (ESB, API, data flows), and management of environments and dependencies between systems.
• Knowledge of security, performance, and high availability standards.
• Practice of monitoring, tracking, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Solid skills in relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Good knowledge of Linux environments (scripts, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Good knowledge of DevOps environments and CI/CD practices is an asset.
