▪️ Create professional and high-impact candidate profiles

▪️ Take over initial clarifications and dossier management

▪️ Coordinate and schedule interviews

▪️ Give feedback to candidates (fair, honest & human)

▪️ Manage reports of temporary employees

🧠 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸

▪️ Completed KV training (WMS) or on the way to becoming a Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ (or BBA student, specialization HR Management)

▪️ Strong communication skills in German, French and/or English, every additional language = bonus point 🏅

▪️ IT-savvy – tools & AI do not scare you, you prefer to play with them 😎

▪️ Independent, structured & on the go with real drive

▪️ You bring initiative, hunger to learn and team spirit
