Die Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration positions. In the day center and the meeting center in St.Gallen, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places.

In the Office Point of dreischiibe, people with mental impairments learn and deepen their professional knowledge in the commercial sector. In a multi-stage process, we accompany and support individuals in IV vocational integration measures as well as at supported workplaces with the goal of sustainable professional integration.

As Department Management, you recognize development potential, think economically and further develop the Office Point offering in a needs-oriented, sustainable and future-oriented manner. In addition, you are responsible for professional agogic support as well as high-quality service delivery.

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational management of the Office Point
• Ensuring high-quality, agogic support for people in IV integration measures and at the supported workplace
• Responsibility for the basic commercial training of the apprentices
• Ensuring documentation and reporting
• Responsibility for offer development, annual goals, budget and key figures
• Further development of structures, processes and quality standards
• Cooperation with referrers, authorities, specialist offices, relatives and internal interfaces
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and management bodies
• Co-shaping an appreciative, participatory and development-oriented culture

Your profile

• Entrepreneurial thinking, desire to shape and joy in further development
• Commercial training, Abacus user knowledge and proficiency in reporting
• Degree or equivalent training in social pedagogy, work agogics or social work
• Several years of leadership experience and experience in supporting people with mental impairments
• Joy in supporting apprentices and qualification as a vocational trainer
• High social competence, resilience, decision-making and reflection skills
• Strong communication skills as well as an open and constructive handling of feedback
