Chef de Partie (80 - 100%)

The tibits family in Zürich is looking for two new members as of now or by arrangement to support the dedicated team at an 80-100% workload (without Zimmerstunde).

Your tasks:
Assignment, leadership & coaching of approx. 6 - 8 employees per shift
Leading by example with enthusiasm for our fresh & delicious dishes
Active collaboration in the kitchen at all stations
Quality assurance at our beautiful buffet
Responsible for the exact adherence to recipes and implementation of the tibits Basics
Implementation and monitoring of quality and hygiene regulations
Ordering and inventory management with Navision
