A leading player in the construction materials sector, the company develops and markets innovative solutions for the building envelope, particularly in the areas of roofing, facade and solar energy. Supported by recognized expertise and a long industrial tradition, it supports construction professionals with high-quality products and specialized technical advice. In order to complete its team, it is looking for an External Area Representative at 100%.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure the sale and advice of our product range (tiles, roofing accessories, photovoltaic solutions and insulation systems).
• You implement the strategic orientations of the company, such as customer development and the sale of complementary products.
• You provide technical advice on products as well as on their compliant implementation on construction sites.
• You develop and retain an existing client portfolio while prospecting for new partners and clients.
• You accompany artisans, architects, engineers, investors and project owners in their projects.
• You manage commercial files and projects using modern tools, notably a CRM.
• You pilot the entire sales process, from the preparation of offers to the follow-up of payments.
• You contribute to the achievement of the commercial and budgetary objectives of your region.
• You participate in the follow-up of receivables and in maintaining a lasting commercial relationship with your clients.
• You transmit market information to internal teams (sales, product management, quality, etc.).
• You represent the company at trade fairs, events and training sessions.

You offer your new employer

• You have technical training in the construction sector (roofer, carpenter, tinsmith or equivalent training).
• You justify at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a field sales function in Switzerland.
• You perfectly master French and have good knowledge of German.
• You master MS Office tools; experience with CRM software is an asset.
• You reside in the relevant sales region and are willing to undertake regular travel.
• You adopt a customer-oriented approach and know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust.
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate an excellent sense of service.
• You work in an autonomous, structured and organized manner.
