Abalone Switzerland, expert in personnel placement and recruitment in Romandie, is currently looking for one of its local clients for a: Operations Agent CFC (M/F) Tâches ## Specific field concierge service • Clean and maintain different types of buildings, such as schools, hospitals or rental buildings • Wash the windows and floors of common areas (corridors, laundries, toilets etc.) • Treat special coatings, woodwork, walls and ceilings • Control and maintain the technical installations of buildings such as solar, sanitary, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or closing installations • Perform small repairs on installations and devices, remedy malfunctions Specific field road maintenance service • Maintain infrastructures such as roads and paths, for example by restoring signaling and guidance systems after damage • Repair damage to the coating of roads and paths • Clean water basins, maintain parks as well as green spaces • Ensure access to infrastructures and buildings, notably in winter by snow clearing paths, parking spaces or outdoor collective spaces Specific field sports installations • Maintain the coating of sports fields, for example lawns or athletics tracks • Monitor the water quality of swimming pools and take measures to improve it if necessary • Assist persons supervising the operation of swimming pools, such as lifeguards • Maintain the ice surfaces of skating rinks and prepare them to host activities such as hockey or curling • Dismantle ice surfaces respecting environmental laws Common tasks • If necessary, call upon specialists to solve certain problems or remedy breakdowns • Dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner or recycle it • Plan work steps and consult with the cleaning team • Work with different vehicles, tools and devices, clean and maintain them • Control product stocks and order them if necessary 1200 Genève
