Education in business administration (HES or university), expert accountant diploma with several years of professional experience
Experience in leading audit teams
Ability to synthesize and analyze, and capacity to work in a structured manner
Charisma and ability to communicate in a clear and respectful manner, ability to assert oneself and sense of responsibility
Good active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English

Le Contrôle fédéral des finances is the supreme financial oversight body of the Confederation. Our role consists of verifying whether the administration uses the resources of the Confederation in accordance with the principles of legality, efficiency and the economical use of funds. We also offer an independent service for whistleblowers (whistleblowing). We thus assist the Federal Council and the Parliament in the exercise of their oversight tasks.
