Present in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company at the service of companies and the private economy, offering notably services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension, legal and economic advice, as well as training.

As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.

To reinforce our team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), and which will be led to join the Paudex site in 2027, we are looking for an LPP occupational pension administrator (f/m).

Missions

• Administrative, technical and complete management of pension funds
• In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you also identify optimization potential and develop proposed solutions
• You have the responsibility for communication with all stakeholders and the follow-up of your mandates, while being supported by a team of specialists
• You are willing to transmit your knowledge and can easily imagine working autonomously while appreciating team spirit

Your profile

• Basic commercial training or equivalent training, the federal diploma of specialist in personnel pension schemes is a plus
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of pension fund management (LPP)
• Curiosity and interest in the themes of occupational pension and social insurance
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Word and Excel
• Loyal, autonomous personality and proactive
• Excellent knowledge of French, English and/or German
