Your tasks:

• Management of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation of accounts as well as execution of payment runs
• VAT returns and support with tax matters
• Payroll accounting including social security
• Assistance with budgeting and liquidity planning
• Optimization and further development of accounting processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further education in accounting (e.g., Accounting Clerk)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of common accounting programs
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, exact and structured way of working
• Responsible and discreet personality
