Engineer Technology and Process Development

You develop and optimize production processes in thin-film technology for electronic substrates and support strategic projects as well as customer prototypes.

Tasks

• Processing and management of strategic projects and customer prototype orders
• Expansion and further development of existing production processes according to market needs
• Implementation of new process workflows and production equipment, process integration
• Responsibility for individual processes and equipment
• Contact person for production employees in case of problems (troubleshooting)
• Error analysis and optimization of existing recipes and procedures including reporting
• Training of production employees

Profile

• Degree from FH, University or Hochschule in a suitable subject area (e.g. microsystem technology, chemistry, physics, engineering)
• Knowledge in one or more relevant specialist areas desired
• Independent, systematic and goal-oriented working
• Understanding of the needs of a production facility
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
