Job Description ## You are interested in team leadership, are sensitive to the challenges in the field of special education, and wish to provide help to young people in difficulty within the Vaud training system. Responsibilities ## • Ensure the responsibility of a team of psychologists in post-compulsory education, develop employee skills, and promote clinical exchanges. • Participate in the steering of psychologist services in post-compulsory education and ensure decisions are implemented. • Support the training mission of vocational schools or gymnasiums by providing specific skills and knowledge within the establishment. Provide specific assistance to school-age adolescents and young adults facing emotional, relational, learning, behavioral, or integration difficulties in order to promote their social, academic, and professional development and integration. • Collaborate with parents, school stakeholders, and other involved actors and provide specific knowledge in the fields of relationships, learning, behavior, or development to enable actions or adjustments of the school context for the benefit of the young person or the group of young people in difficulty. Qualifications ## • Master's in psychology and postgraduate studies in psychology required (specialization in child and adolescent, in psychotherapy, in clinical psychology, or neuropsychology). • Certified additional training in psychology (min. 15 ECTS credits) or non-certified additional training in the relevant field (of an extent equivalent to certifying training) and validated by the service, or a training title in a related field (teaching, psychology, sociology, etc.) • Professional experience of at least 5 years, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work. Training in team leadership desired.
