Your main tasks:
The efficient and smooth collection of payment for goods is a matter of course for you
You work quickly, accurately and reliably with our scanning checkouts (OSCAR) and are responsible for complying with the processes
You provide professional and friendly advice to our customers at the main information desk and operate the telephone switchboard
Shelf maintenance and product presentation in the checkout zone are your responsibility
You carry out various administrative tasks such as archiving receipts, processing customer rebookings and are responsible for the Plus-Card process
Your profile:
You have experience in cash handling, customer service or reception and are used to working during sales opening hours
Even with high customer frequency, friendliness is your top priority
You enjoy dealing with people
You have a well-groomed appearance and a positive aura
