Duration ##### • Auxiliary contract for a duration of one year Workplace ##### • Rue du Port-Franc 18, 1003 Lausanne Missions ##### • - Provide advice and professional expertise (architecture) to architects or builders prior to a building permit application • - Provide analysis during the submission of an inquiry file in order to establish the requirements for the building permit • - Manage the monitoring of the execution of authorized projects, from the granting of the building permit until the occupancy or use permit • - Represent the Municipality in case of infractions • - Process complaints from third parties (unannounced works, non-compliant works, etc.) and order, in case of infraction, the stoppage of works • - Participate in the development and revision of urban planning projects (Municipal master plan, specific zoning plans) according to the needs of the service • - Be proactive in proposing any measure capable of improving the efficiency and/or quality of services Profile ##### • - Master's or degree in architecture or engineering (EPF, HES or training deemed equivalent) • - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of construction and worksites • - Understanding and sensitivity to architectural aesthetics and interest in urban planning • - Knowledge of the Lausanne territory is an asset • - Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills • - Good writing skills (reports) • - Sense of cooperation between entities, in a spirit of efficiency and service Activity rate ##### 80-100% Special conditions ##### clean criminal record Start date ##### Immediately or to be agreed Information ##### Amélia Weissbrodt, Responsable architecture et technique 021 315 56 27, amelia.weissbrodt@lausanne.ch Please send us your application and the usual documents by 30.08.2026 via the online form.
