We are looking for open and service-oriented personalities for the position of Guest Care Guide, starting 1. Januar 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Reception, care, and farewell of our guests
• Entry and ID controls as well as support at the reception and cloakroom
• Conducting casino tours and explanations of games for slot machines
• Service of food and beverages at slot machines and gaming tables
• Care and coordination of experience packages including billing
• Participation in events, promotions, and guest activities
• Ensuring compliance with the social concept

What you bring

• Flair or experience in the service sector (hotel industry, gastronomy, retail), basic commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Communicative, open, and service-oriented nature
• Good German skills, French and English are an advantage
• Willingness to work evening, night, and weekend shifts (shift operation)
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt enforcement register extract without entries)
• Well-groomed appearance
