In this position, you are part of the Quality Assurance Team and ensure product quality through precise chemical analyses and contribute to the implementation of development projects. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the quality and innovation of our products as well as the further development of analytical methods. You work at the interface between analytics, quality assurance, and product development and benefit from a versatile working environment with diverse development opportunities. How you achieve impact as a Laborant:in EFZ Chemie • Carrying out chemical analyses with a focus on protein analytics (Kjeldahl, Dumas, LDS-PAGE, BLG-ELISA, HPLC-SEC, and residual enzyme analysis) • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams as well as actively discussing and interpreting results • Supervising and training apprentices as Laborant:in EFZ Chemie • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Participating in the introduction and validation of new methods and devices What makes you successful • Bringing a completed training as Laborant:in EFZ Chemie or a comparable qualification • Applying in-depth knowledge of analytical methods and safe laboratory practice • Utilizing your experience in the food industry or food chemistry to support quality and innovation • Collaborating as a team-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, independent working style and good Microsoft Office skills • Good German and English language skills • Experience in training apprentices is an advantage • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word) What to expect in our application process We are committed to an inclusive and respectful application process and are happy to provide reasonable adjustments as needed.
