For our Culinary Arts Academy campus in Le Bouveret, we are looking for a: Maintenance Employee at 100% ---------------------------------- In order to ensure the maintenance of our buildings, we are looking for a maintenance employee. Start date: 6 January 2027 ### Your responsibilities * Perform various repairs and maintenance work. * Monitor and ensure the maintenance of the buildings' technical installations (heating, ventilation, etc.). * Implement maintenance programs. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance and renovation work. * Perform various administrative tasks (work orders, reports, inspections). * Perform maintenance of the exteriors and gardens as well as winter services on the various school buildings. * Sort and dispose of recyclable materials and other recoverable waste. * Perform various transports (recycling, etc.). ### Profile sought * 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Good communication skills in French and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset. * Neat presentation and open attitude. * Autonomous, motivated, organized and conscientious person. * Good knowledge of MS Office. * Category B driver's license.
