In this role, you are not dealing with impersonal "IV cases," but with young people and their individual stories and claims for benefits. You are often on the go because you visit our minor clients at home. In conversation with them and their parents or legal guardians, you form a well-founded judgment about their situation. If necessary, you contact medical or legal bodies and carry out supplementary assessments. You record your findings in coherent reports and create decisions within the framework of legal conditions. You are communicative and enjoy working independently. You have a basic medical training with commercial professional experience in the social, medical, or health sector. Further commercial training or professional experience in the field of social insurance is an advantage. You are interested in people and approach them openly. In conversation, you are empathetic without letting yourself be overwhelmed by difficult fates. You react to surprising situations with a clear head and good arguments.
