For our new plant, we are looking for: A Sorting Plant Manager (Optical sorting and mechanical sorting) Activity rate 100 % | Permanent contract (Workplace – Aigle) Job description • Operation and monitoring of optical sorting installations and automated equipment • Control of the proper functioning of the machines and adaptation of parameters according to the materials processed • Monitoring of sorting quality and control of materials at the output of the line • Detection of anomalies, first-level interventions and transmission of information • Carrying out routine maintenance operations and maintenance of the installations • Participation in the continuous improvement of sorting and recovery processes • Compliance with safety instructions, internal procedures and environmental standards • Ensuring the monitoring of internal traceability of material flows and operations • Collaboration with production, maintenance and operation teams Profile sought • Confirmed experience in the operation of automated industrial machines, sorting installations or a similar environment • Training or experience in electromechanics and electronics • Marked interest in technology, automation and the recycling field • Good technical knowledge and ability to understand the functioning of complex equipment • Autonomous, reactive, versatile profile and capable of managing unforeseen events • Sense of responsibility, rigor and team spirit • Ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment We offer you • Work in a family-oriented, dynamic and motivating universe, in constant evolution • Fixed and stable employment • Varied activities with modern and high-performance equipment • Possibility of development and training Start date: immediately Are you interested?
