HÔTESSE / EMPFANGSMITARBEITERIN WHO WE ARE? Luigia is a growing group of Italian restaurants with 11 restaurants in Switzerland, 2 in Italy and 1 franchise in Dubai. Quality, hospitality and authentic Italian cuisine are at the center of our philosophy. THE POSITION: As a Hôtesse, you are responsible for receiving our guests, managing the cash register and supporting the service management. You ensure a smooth process and a first-class guest experience. YOUR PROFILE: Experience in reception, service or at the cash register in the catering industry. Very good German language skills (required). Italian is an advantage, English is recommended. Friendly demeanor, organizational talent and team spirit. Secure handling of cash register systems (e.g. Lightspeed or SevenRooms) is an advantage. WE OFFER: Permanent employment contract. 5 working days and 2 free days per week. 5 weeks paid vacation.
