• 08 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • German (Intermediate), French (Mother tongue) • Impasse de la Maladaire 5, 1680 Romont FR • Log in to see the salary estimate on jobup.ch Construction Site Manager - Sites & Maintenance, Dairy Installations (M/F) Location: Romont, Activity rate: 100% About us ### Sugnaux SA, a company of the JNJ Group, designs and installs equipment for the dairy and cheese industry. ### Your mission You ensure the operational, technical, and logistical management of interventions outside the workshop: preparation of equipment, mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment, industrial piping, and welding. You lead and support the team on site, ensure coordination with other stakeholders and companies, and manage equipment via the ERP. Between construction sites, you also ensure technical follow-up and maintenance of our existing installations, naturally switching between the two according to the workload. Your responsibilities • Lead and supervise the construction sites for the commissioning of our installations: preparation, mechanical and electrical assembly, industrial piping, welding • Supervise and distribute work within the assembly team (piping, locksmithing, mechanics, electricity, pneumatics) and subcontractors • Monitor the execution schedule and deliveries • Read and interpret architectural plans, isometric diagrams, P&ID and electrical schematics • Participate in site meetings and ensure technical interface between the project manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders • Perform functional tests, water tests, and automation point tests • Between construction sites, ensure maintenance of our installations in operation at our customers' premises: diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance • Participate in on-call services according to schedule • Prepare necessary equipment for interventions and manage stocks via the ERP • Monitor non-conformities and propose solutions • Contribute occasionally to project planning and machine development Your profile • Technical training (CFC or federal certificate) in electromechanics, locksmithing, or process-oriented fields • Proven experience in site management and team leadership on site • Experience in industrial assembly and process engineering, ideally in the food or dairy sector • Knowledge of TIG welding, industrial piping, mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation • Ability to read and interpret technical plans, isometric diagrams, and P&ID schematics • Knowledge of ERP systems (stocks, logistics) and Office suite • Hydraulics and thermics, milk technology, and food hygiene: a plus • Driver's license category B, category BE a plus • Languages: fluent French, German Personal qualities • Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility • Flexibility • Ability to switch between site and maintenance work without losing technical rigor on either one • Stress management, unexpected events, and priorities • Practical sense, good relational skills - you represent Sugnaux in the field • Rigor, precision, sense of work well done What we offer • A varied position, alternating between construction sites and specialized technical interventions • A working environment within a solid industrial group (JNJ Group), with direct exchanges • 5 weeks of vacation • Flexible hours adapted to construction sites and on-call services Entry into function Immediately or by agreement.
