For our logistics center in Otelfingen, we are looking as of 1 November 2026 or by agreement for a: logistics employee with Deputy Team Lead function at a workload of 100%. In this function, you support the team leadership in daily operational business and take over responsibility for the processes in the Home & Living area in their absence.

• You unpack incoming goods, identify and check them.
• You label and re-label commercial goods.
• You attach security tags according to specifications.
• You store commercial goods in and rearrange them.
• You pick the goods based on store orders.
• You take over the deputy role in the absence of the team leadership.
• You support the team leadership in the induction of new employees.

WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship, preferably in logistics, as well as professional experience in the logistics sector.
• Ideally, you have experience in a deputy or leadership-oriented function.
• You have good IT user skills.
• You are characterized by high reliability and a sense of responsibility, as well as service-oriented thinking and acting.
• You have a structured, independent, and efficient way of working.
• You are strong in communication and team-oriented.
• You are physically and mentally resilient as well as flexible and ready to take on responsibility.
