Job Description
As Product Manager for the further development and management of defined Managed Services in the area of Modern Work & Workplace.
You can create and present a business case to the management on the basis of all market facts and results of analyses for the introduction of new products and Managed Services.
Regular status alignment and, if necessary, solution support with the technical development team are also part of your tasks
Creation of the product positioning, the market message and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their communication to support marketing and sales.
Developing and communicating a company-wide go-to-market plan, the leading cooperation with all necessary employees within the go-to-market team as well as the control of the implementation and execution
You support and challenge the Product Owner in the interest of the best solutions for our customers
Qualifications
Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably at a Managed Service Provider
A degree from a university of applied sciences in the field of business informatics or many years of relevant professional experience paired with professional as well as personal further training in the above-mentioned areas
A high customer orientation and sense of responsibility as well as the motivation to support the further development of UMB profitably
Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
Excellent German and good English skills in speaking and writing
Certifications in the areas of Product Management and ITIL are desirable
