We are currently looking for one of our important clients in construction for a: Building Team Leader Your tasks Management and supervision of a team of workers on structural engineering sites Organization and distribution of tasks according to site priorities Reading plans and monitoring the execution of work Coordination with the site manager and the various stakeholders on the site Quality control of the work performed and respect for the deadlines set Management of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the site Active participation in the work when necessary Strict application and respect of safety rules and current standards Preparation of daily reports and reporting of information to the site manager Your profile Training in construction or recognized experience in the field of structural engineering Confirmed experience of several years as a team leader or team manager on structural engineering sites in Switzerland Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting Ability to manage a team and to unite employees around the site objectives Sense of organization, autonomy, and spirit of initiative Good resistance to stress and ability to make decisions in the field Proficiency in French, any other language is an asset Driver's license mandatory Your application If you are ready to take up the challenge and be part of a team that values employees, send us your CV indicating the position for which you are applying.
