Your tasks ##

• Collaboration in ensuring smooth IT operations and with various support requests
• Receipt, processing and rectification of technical malfunctions in onsite and remote support
• Preparation, configuration, installation and secure deletion of IT hardware
• Execution of device and component replacements directly at the customer
• Provision, setup and ongoing support of IT workstations including notebooks, desktops and accessories
• Planning and coordination of service, repair and onsite assignments
• Independent analysis of hardware problems as well as execution of corresponding repairs
• Support during the initial commissioning and setup of notebooks including first login
• Support of the Service Manager with technical, organizational and operational tasks
• Maintenance and updating of hardware data as well as collaboration in regular inventory control
• Administration and organization of the existing hardware and materials in the stockroom
• Execution of unpacking, installation and replacement services at the customer onsite

Our requirements ##

• Completed training as IT-Techniker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the support, maintenance and repair of desktops, notebooks and other IT components
• Basic to good knowledge in the area of networks and IT infrastructure
• Good practical knowledge in 1st-level and 2nd-level support as well as in onsite support
• Experience in systematic troubleshooting and malfunction rectification directly at the customer
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and reliable way of working
• Customer-oriented appearance as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Driver's license Cat. B and own vehicle mandatory required
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and willingness to take on on-call services in 7x24 operation if required
