After-Sales Service Watchmaker Refurbisher (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. With this in view, we will shortly be looking for After-Sales Service Watchmaker Refurbisher (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform refurbishment activities, from disassembly to component inspection and movement assembly
• Assemble and adjust watch movements in compliance with manufacturing standards
• Carry out calendar installation, dial installation, hand setting, and casing operations
• Ensure adjustment and inspection operations within the workshop
• Diagnose non-conformities, correct detected discrepancies, and document the actions implemented
• Identify the causes of malfunctions and report them to the relevant interlocutors when necessary
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and to the maintenance of an orderly working environment

Profile ##

• CFC Watchmaker in the field of refurbishment
• Proven experience in a similar function, ideally within an after-sales service workshop
• Manual dexterity, precision, and good visual acuity
• Ability to work with concentration, method, and rigor on precision operations
• Knowledge of assembly, adjustment, and inspection operations of watch movements
• Autonomy, versatility, and flexibility, complemented by a strong team spirit
• Sense of organization, diligence, and maintenance of a clean and orderly workstation
• Analytical mind, listening skills, and ability to quickly identify technical issues
