Healthcare Professional EFZ Outpatient Care - Morning Shifts 60-80%

For an institution in the field of outpatient care in Basel, we are looking for a committed Healthcare Professional EFZ who enjoys working independently and supporting people in their familiar living environment.

A varied activity with a regular working model awaits you, in which you will be deployed exclusively in the morning. You will benefit from a high degree of personal responsibility, a supportive team, and attractive training and further education opportunities. Night shifts are not planned.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Joy in outpatient care and supporting people in their home environment
• Ability to independently assess nursing situations and act appropriately
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Empathic and appreciative interaction with clients as well as their relatives
• Strong communication skills and joy in working in a team
• Willingness to carry out client visits by bicycle
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks ##

• Independent care and support of clients in their home environment
• Implementation of basic and treatment care within your own area of competence
• Support with independent living and promotion of existing resources
• Observation and documentation of changes in health status
• Assessment of nursing situations and forwarding of relevant information
• Advice and support for relatives in everyday nursing care
• Close cooperation with case-leading nursing specialists and other professionals
• Participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• If interested, support and guidance of apprentices
• Independent implementation of client visits by bicycle
• Shifts exclusively in the morning without evening and night shifts
