As part of a retirement succession, a position will become available with us as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement - perhaps exactly for you.

Tasks

• You process the cases assigned to you competently, confidently and independently in our demanding legal environment
• You initiate SchKG proceedings and monitor them
• You independently agree on payment modalities and are responsible for their control as well as correct account management
• You ensure the collection of the certificate of loss claims and keep an eye on both the situation of our customers and the interests of the Stadt Zürich
• You come into contact with our customers and third parties in writing, by telephone, and personally at our counter, and process the daily correspondence conscientiously and independently

Profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent basic training as well as sound debt collection experience and very good SchKG knowledge
• Good knowledge of the applications SAP HANA, ASEM and eSchKG
• Commitment, confident appearance, open, convincing communication and a solution-oriented approach with our demanding clientele
• Very good written and oral expression in German; we would also be very pleased about good language skills in French and Italian; any further language is an advantage
• High IT affinity, willingness to optimally use the opportunities of digitalization
• Team spirit, humor, optimism and a positive view of people

About us

The Stadtrichteramt Zürich with around 60 employees is the largest misdemeanor authority in Switzerland. We are responsible for conducting the ordinary criminal proceedings for misdemeanors committed in the area of the Stadt Zürich. In addition, we manage the certificates of loss from almost all areas of the Zürcher Stadtverwaltung.
