We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 76’000 to CHF 81’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. What you can achieve. • You lead a team of approx. 25 employees and are responsible for development and communication within the team. • As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create optimal framework conditions for efficient processes. • Together, you create the deployment planning and design productive team meetings. • You develop your employees further with concrete goals and stand by them as a coach. • You lead by example by actively participating in daily business and actively supporting your team.
