Project Manager* Digitalization, 80-100%

We are seeking a Project Manager* Digitalization to support us in planning, implementing, and introducing our current case management system and the associated digitalization of our business processes, effective immediately or by agreement. The goal is to ensure seamless, media-disruption-free processing of processes - from receipt of a report to issuance and dispatch of the decision. This position combines technical challenges with requirements for digital transformation and change management: You will contribute to process optimization, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, accompany those involved through the change, and ensure that the new digital solution is introduced in a user-oriented and sustainable manner. The position is limited to four years and offers the opportunity to make a central contribution to the modernization of the KESB of the city of Zürich. Tasks ## • You will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the digitalization project «digital dossier management» as well as the technical management and coordination of the project team. • You will plan, control, and implement the introduction of a new case management software for digital dossier management. • You will accompany the organizational transformation and sustainable anchoring of new digital processes, systems, and working methods - based on a previously agreed-upon change management concept. • You will ensure coordination between the technical requirements of the KESB and the organizational, legal, and technical framework conditions. • You will design the project implementation in an agile, user-oriented, and participatory manner. • You will prepare project reports, presentations, decision-making bases, and status information for steering committees and management. • You will function as a central interface between all parties involved, such as external providers, internal IT departments, and end users. • You will work closely with the IT-side Product Owner. Profile ## • Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, administrative sciences, or a comparable field • Proven experience in leading extensive digitalization projects in the public sector or comparable organizations. • Further training in project management, HERMES knowledge is an advantage • Knowledge in the area of change management is desirable • Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as systematic and solution-oriented working methods • High communication and dialogue skills • Self-responsible, trustworthy, and integer personality We offer ## A challenging task with great responsibility.
