• Instruction of skilled and unskilled workers, scheduling of workers, coordination of workflows and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Execution of demanding work (e.g. masonry, concreting), setting up the construction site, storage of building materials and surveying.
• Monitoring of work quality, rectification of defects, compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV) and occupational safety
• Creation of daily reports, reporting, recording of working hours and materials

Your profile
----------

• Completed apprenticeship as a mason or another related apprenticeship in the main construction industry
• Sound knowledge in building construction, reading of construction plans
• Physical robustness
• No fear of heights
• Driver's license Kat. B as well as a car is mandatory
