Logistics Operator Chemistry

Main tasks:

• Job rotation at the workstations within the Warehouse Operations team
• Goods receipt (unloading trucks etc.), control of incoming shipments and their processing up to and including goods assignment/storage
• Forwarding of samples
• WA-posting/releasing and acknowledging in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Goods acceptance, control of outgoing shipments as well as goods dispatch (loading trucks etc.) taking weight distribution into account
• Compliance with regulations on the shipment of dangerous goods
• Observing temperature controls, dwell times and permissible temperature ranges
• Coordination of internal transports
• Intralogistics around the filling process in cooperation with SFF
• GxP-compliant documentation of the work performed
• Operating industrial trucks and their maintenance using protective equipment
• Execution of personal tasks assigned by the team leader
• Cleaning/cleanliness of transport routes and warehouse buildings
• Handling and disposal of waste according to specifications

You bring:

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ
• Immediate availability
• Professional experience in the pharma environment with GxP (GMP, GSP and GDP)
• Experience in the careful documentation and recording of work processes
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks
• Knowledge in handling warehouse management systems as well as common MS-Office programs
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• SUVA recognized forklift license
• Teamwork skills, punctuality as well as a reliable, independent way of working
