Experienced Assistant in Health and Social Affairs / Nursing Assistant SRK 60-100%

YOUR TASKS

• Care and accompaniment of the assigned residents according to nursing process planning
• Independent execution of basic care
• Taking over tasks under the guidance of the group leader or trained nursing staff
• Giving oral and written reports
• Assistance with domestic activities
• Professional documentation of the services provided in the electronic documentation system

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Affairs or completed SRK nursing course
• Experience in long-term care
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia
• Competent and professional interaction with our residents
• Joy in the task with diverse challenges
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
• Routine handling of the computer
• Good German skills (level B2) in speaking and writing
