Your tasks:
Recording of offers and orders in the ERP system
Competent telephone customer advice
Following up on orders and supporting the sales consultants
Support in the invoicing of service reports and in the scheduling
General office work
What you bring with you:
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
A flair for technology and the construction-related industry
Enjoyment of telephone contact with customers
Good oral and written German skills
Enjoyment of working in a small team
