YOUR TASKS

• You support the ward management in professional, personnel, and organizational matters
• You take responsibility in the absence of the ward management
• You are present in daily nursing life, support your team professionally, and accompany employees as well as trainees
• You recognize development and optimization potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
• You help shape the future of nursing - e.g., with new concepts or in interprofessional cooperation

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in the acute care sector
• You have leadership training or the willingness to complete it
• You work in a structured manner, think in networks, and bring business understanding
• You are resilient, responsible, and have strong communication skills
• With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients, and doctors at eye level
