Waiter (reported activity)

Tasks:

• hybrid role between reception and restaurant
• mise en place for evening and noon service
• collaboration for evening and noon service
• table service and portioning
• use of cash register and POS
• telephone switchboard
• order and cleanliness of the restaurant hall
• availability for shift work: including Saturday, Sunday and holidays

Requirements:

• previous experience in the role of 1-3 years
• languages: excellent knowledge of Italian and German (especially oral comprehension and communication)
• important: knowledge of the German language is essential
• confidence with numbers
• team spirit
• friendliness towards customers and collaborators
• ability to work with parsimony and respect for products and food
• fast learner
• good memory
• driving license cat.B
