Your tasks • Coordinating personnel deployment and deciding on leave requests • Carrying out and documenting regular safety checks • Ensuring trouble-free operation in all daily business • Planning annual vehicle maintenance including preparing official inspection dates and obtaining quotes • Building and accompanying internal as well as external further training including CZV • Conducting employee appraisals as well as evaluating performance throughout the year Your profile • Completed basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification in the transport or waste management environment • Several years of practical experience in a similar function • Familiarity with business evaluations such as balance sheet, income statement, and cost centers • Strong organizational skills paired with a meticulous way of working • Natural leadership strength and a fine sense of service • Driving license category C is a great advantage • German: Stylistically proficient (C2) Your perspectives Here, it is not just about working, but also about looking out for one another.
