Main missions:

• Ensure the services delegated to you while respecting the care objectives for the situations followed;
• Provide basic care, hygiene, comfort and prevention.
• Accompany residents in daily life activities and respond to their individual needs, in coherence with the personalized support project.
• Collect and transmit observations related to situations to ensure the global care of the resident;
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with colleagues and other services of the institution, respecting the organization and the established care objectives.

Required skills:

• Red Cross health care assistant certificate or Red Cross recognition, HévivA training certificate or nursing assistant diploma;
• Professional experience in EMS desired;
• Ease and fluency in French, both orally and in writing;
• FAP training, an asset;
• "autonomous distribution of medication in EMS" training, an asset;
• Good knowledge of IT tools (outlook, DRI, MobiDIR);
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ease of adaptation, ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility;
• Interest in working in an interdisciplinary team.
