We are looking for an Assistant Accountant for a temporary position of 3 months, a person with more than 3 years of experience in invoice entry, ideally in a fiduciary firm.

Your missions :

• Processing of invoices via a third-party module
• Controlling invoices
• Filing of paper invoices
• Organization on the server
• Responding to various requests (internal and external support, etc.)
• Guaranteeing the quality and processing times to ensure service objectives
• Communication and mutual support between department members

Profile sought :

• More than 3 years in invoice entry via a third-party module (mandatory).
• Mastery of WinEUR (ideal).
• Native French speaker.
• Good knowledge of accounting.
• Precise, meticulous, organized and versatile.
