Nursing Assistant 60-80% (m/f/d)

For our client, an established and warmly managed nursing institution in the Solothurn area, we are looking for a committed and reliable nursing assistant 60-80% for a gerontopsychiatric residential group, starting immediately or by agreement.

The institution offers a home to around 86 residents and places great importance on individual, appreciative care and support. In the gerontopsychiatric residential group, people with demential or mental illnesses are professionally and empathically accompanied.

Your tasks

• Supporting nursing professionals in the holistic care and support of the residents
• Co-shaping a pleasant and appreciative living and working environment
• Supporting everyday life organization and promoting the independence of the residents
• Taking over nursing and caregiving tasks within the scope of your competencies
• Careful documentation of the nursing services provided in the electronic documentation system

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing assistant, AGS EBA or nursing assistant SRK
• Professional experience in inpatient long-term care, acute care or Spitex is an advantage
• Joy in working with elderly people and especially in the gerontopsychiatric environment
• High physical and mental resilience
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong social competence
• Good German language skills and solid IT user skills
