Responsibilities

• Management of salaries and social security contributions
• Administrative management of employee arrivals and departures
• Processing of procedures related to work permits
• Drafting of contracts and work certificates
• Monitoring of employee absences and vacations
• Administration of insurance (military APG, maternity, accident, sickness, family allowances, etc.)
• Management of sickness and accident cases
• Answering staff inquiries
• Establishment of HR reporting
• Participation in HR projects
• Support in the organization of HR events (birthdays, Christmas, etc.)

Profile

• CFC as a commercial employee with a diploma in HR, ideally a certificate as a personnel management assistant
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR field
• Mastery of common IT tools; experience with Mirus, Peoplesoft/Oracle would be an asset
• Strong team spirit, helpfulness, friendliness
• French native speaker with mastery of German
