Notary Assistant 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

You value independent and responsible activity in a professional environment. Thanks to your exact way of working, your flexibility, and your strong organizational skills, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks are waiting for your energy:

• Support in the management and organization of the notary secretariat
• Drafting contracts in real estate, inheritance, and corporate law
• Contact person for clients, official authorities, banks, as well as external partners
• Writing daily correspondence
• General administrative work in law firm operations

So that you can contribute all your energy, you bring the following:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in notary or land registry matters is mandatory for this position
• Discreet, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing (mother tongue or C2 level)
• Very good MS Office skills
