For our client company in Stans, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement, a

Customer Service Clerk D/I 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Order processing up to delivery/shipping and invoicing
• Processing of credit notes and debit notes
• Answering customer inquiries
• Complaint processing
• Returns processing
• Various administrative tasks, including data maintenance (SAP), statistics, etc.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training and experience in the area of Customer Service/order processing
• Very good German and Italian language skills
• Good SAP user knowledge
• Strong service orientation
• Careful way of working
