Commis de Cuisine / Breakfast Cook

The Hotel Regina Titlis – Trademark Collection by Wyndham is a 4-star hotel with 128 rooms in the heart of Engelberg. From 1 October 2026 and for the 2026/2027 winter season, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Commis de Cuisine / Breakfast Cook to strengthen our kitchen team.

Your tasks:

• Preparation and cooking of the daily breakfast offering
• Supervision and continuous replenishment of the breakfast buffet
• Preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Execution of mise-en-place work
• Support of the kitchen team in daily operations
• Receipt and professional storage of goods
• Control of food quality and stock levels
• Ensuring an appealing presentation of the food
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards according to HACCP
• Order and cleanliness at the workplace

Your profile:

• Completed culinary training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in breakfast cooking or the hotel industry is an advantage
• Joy in the preparation of high-quality dishes
• Independent, careful, and structured way of working
• Reliability, resilience, and teamwork skills
• Readiness for early working hours as well as weekend and holiday shifts
• High awareness of quality and hygiene
• Basic knowledge of German or English
