Job Description
For the team leadership of our gastroenterology, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Professional (HF/FH)/Medical Practice Assistant 60-80% starting in October or by arrangement.

Tasks in the leadership function:
Leading, promoting, and coaching employees
Ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation within the team
Interface to the management
Onboarding of new employees
Conducting annual employee appraisals (MAG/probationary period discussions)
Accompanying job interviews
Various activities in personnel planning (work planning MPA/Dipl. team, monitoring working hours, daily planning)
First point of contact for everyday questions
Development of QV processes and standards

Tasks in daily operations:
Assistance and sedation during endoscopic examinations and procedures
Care of our patients before, during, and after examinations
Preparation and post-preparation of the examination rooms as well as the required instrumentation
Professional care of IBD patients, including administration and monitoring of regular infusion therapies as well as performing blood draws
Ensuring professional, empathetic care that makes our patients feel welcome and well cared for
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors of various specialties
Management of electronic patient files as well as undertaking administrative activities

Qualifications
You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or as a Dipl. Nursing Professional.
You have proven professional experience. Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field of endoscopy.
You have leadership experience.
You have good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with KIS or PIS software is an advantage.
You possess strong leadership skills and reflect on your own actions.
