In the Solothurn area, we are looking for a committed purchasing specialist for our client, who ensures efficient processes with a structured and solution-oriented approach. Tasks

• Coordination and optimization of procurement processes
• Analysis of data to identify cost-saving potential
• Maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships
• Negotiation of terms and contract conditions
• Ensuring efficient inventory management and control
• Processing of orders and monitoring of deliveries
• Close cooperation with relevant departments for process optimization

Profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with corresponding software is an advantage
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high resilience
• Proactive, reliable personality and strong teamwork skills
• Negotiation skills and high customer orientation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
